Return/Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality and fit of our BASICO t-shirts. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll fix it.

Exchanges

  • You can request an exchange if the size doesn’t fit, or if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item.
  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
  • Please contact us immediately so we can arrange an exchange or replacement within 5–7 working days.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is out of stock in your preferred size or color.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for approved returns.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if a refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email us at support@basico.in.
