What fabric do you use?
We use a premium cotton-lycra blend for the t-shirts. The cotton keeps them soft, breathable, and comfortable while the lycra adds stretch for a sharp fit and a natural sheen that makes the fabric look fresh.
Will the t-shirts shrink or fade after washing?
No, our t-shirts are pre-shrunk and undergo anti-fade treatment, so they retain their shape and color after multiple washes.
How should I wash my BASICO t-shirts?
Wash in cold water with similar colors, use mild detergent (no bleach) and dry in the shade.
What sizes do you offer?
Our t-shirts come in S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Check our Find Your Fit section for exact measurements.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my order if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes, you can exchange it for a different size once per order.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request an exchange.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong size, color or item, please email us at support@basico.in within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
When can I request a return instead of an exchange?
Returns are accepted only if the product is in your preferred size/color is out of stock.
Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What is the return/exchange window?
All return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Gpay, etc), and COD.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD for select pin codes with an additional ₹80 convenience fee. If you choose Partial COD, this convenience fee is waived off.
What is Partial COD?
Partial COD means you pay a small advance amount online while placing your order and the remaining balance is paid in cash at delivery.
